Bill Pay System not available until 06 April 2010

Chubb Fire & Security is upgrading its systems and processes. This has resulted in some administrative and invoice payment process changes. Customers will not experience any operational changes or any changes in the services provided to them.

From the 30 March to 05 April 2010, customers will be unable to use the Bill Pay facility on-line.

Effective 06 April 2010, customers will be able to make payments through a new on-line system. The link will be found at www.chubbhomesecurity.com.au


During this period payments can be made by the following options:

Mail -  Please detach the payment slip on your invoice and return it with your cheque to
            Chubb Home Security GPO Box 540 Sydney NSW 2001

Phone -  Pay your invoice by phone using your credit card. Simply call 1300 304 428

BPay -  Please contact your participating Bank to make this payment.

Customers will be advised of any other payment procedure changes in thier invoices. Please check invoices post 06 April 2010 to ensure correct payment details.
