Linking your security system to our security monitoring centre (SMC) completes your home security.  Having your alarm linked to a monitoring centre provides the reassurance that your nominated contacts will be called should an alarm be activated. 

Our Grade A1 Security Monitoring Centre (SMC) offers the highest level of security monitoring as it adheres to strict industry standards relating to monitoring facilities and personel.  If the alarm is activated, Chubb personnel will respond in accordance with your monitoring instructions.  This may typically include contacting you or a close friend, sending a patrol car to your home, or both.
